Counselling Psychologist

Shreya Shankar has completed her MSc in Clinical Psychology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. She has a keen interest in working with concerns related to depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, self-improvement, and relationships.

She follows a trauma-informed and eclectic approach, using mainly Rogerian and narrative principles, alongside DBT and CBT.
