Sanjna Sinha She has done her Masters in Psychology: Lifespan Counselling from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. She works with a trauma informed lens and uses an eclectic approach (which mostly includes PCT, TA, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Gottman Method) with her clients so that she can adapt to the needs of each client and use an approach which fit them the best. She is fluent in English and Hindi and has worked with clients facing diverse issues such relationship problems, feelings of anxiety, feelings of depression, stress, adjustment issues, identity concerns, family/interpersonal problems and self-esteem to name a few.
