Hi there! I’m Sampurna Nag, a psychologist with an MSc in Clinical Psychology, and I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.

With over a year of experience providing compassionate, trauma-informed counseling, I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, stress, work-life balance, and relationship challenges.

My approach is rooted in Client Centered Therapy—we'll work together to find practical strategies to move forward. I believe therapy is a team effort where empathy and understanding are key.

I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable, heard, and truly supported. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

I love connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. I also believe that everyone has unique strengths—part of our work together will be discovering yours and using them to overcome life’s challenges.

I’m passionate about helping people find and grow towards the best version of themselves, find balance, and face life’s hurdles with confidence.

When I’m not working, you can find me travelling, playing football, catching a game, or diving into reading about just about anything!
