Juveriya is a Counseling Psychologist with a Master's in Applied Psychology from Jamia.

She takes an eclectic approach in her practice, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and person-centered principles.

Rooted in Rogerian values of empathy, unconditional positive regard, and respect for each person’s unique experience, she strives to create a space where individuals feel safe, seen, and eventually empowered.
