Celina Daniel has completed her MSc. in Clinical Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. Fluent in English, Hindi, and understanding Marathi, she offers a welcoming and culturally sensitive therapeutic space.
Celina specializes in addressing a range of emotional issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship conflicts, stress and anger management, sleep disturbances, work-life imbalance, procrastination, self-esteem issues, etc. Believing in the idea of the 'wounded healer'.
Celina sees her own experiences as a source of empathy and way to connect with her clients better. She employs an eclectic therapeutic approach, tailoring her methods to fit the unique needs of each client.
She also believes in creating a warm, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and build self-awareness and resilience.
She likes to think of the therapeutic journey as tending a garden. With patience, care, and the right nurturing, even the most fragile seeds can bloom into something beautiful.
Hobbies: Binge-watching crime documentaries, dancing, petting dogs and cats, and star-gazing.
