Afriti Moses holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from CHRIST (Deemed To Be University) and has experience working with both adults and children.

She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, grief, relationship conflicts, stress management, anger management, sleep disturbances, self-esteem issues, and work-life balance.

Afriti employs an eclectic approach to therapy, with a particular inclination towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

She believes therapy is a collaborative process, where the therapist and client work together towards the client's wellbeing.

Afriti strives to create a non-judgmental and compassionate therapeutic space, ensuring that clients feel safe, heard, and welcomed in all aspects of their being.

She views the key ingredient of therapy as cultivating self-awareness, which she believes is essential for meaningful change and personal growth.
