Vaidehi Mishra

Vaidehi Mishra has completed her Bachelors in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women in Delhi and has gone on to complete her Masters in Applied Psychology from University of Delhi, South Campus.

She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali and has an expertise in working with people dealing with relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, stress, daily life struggles, communication issues, workplace issues, concerns regarding sexuality, self-growth and setting boundaries.

She uses an eclectic approach in therapy deriving mostly from third wave therapies such as ACT and SFBT and is a staunch believer in the client being the experts of their own life and a therapist being a catalyst to guide the client in their difficult times.
