I am a trauma information Psychologist with an assimilative integrative approach of therapy.

I use a mix of cognitive behavioral techniques along with analytical and existential concepts to explore and enhance client's well being.

I have worked with a diverse set of concerns such as mood disorders, complex PTSD, anxiety related concerns, relationships issues, grief, substance dependence and self improvement.

I am focused on building safety for individuals in the therapeutic alliance and empower them to be more attuned with their emotional as well as physical self.

I am fluent in English and Assamese language.
