Neekita Baid holds a Master's degree in counselling psychology from Montfort College, Bengaluru and Bachelors's degree in Psychology from Stella Maris College, Chennai.

Having faced her own challenges while growing up, she has developed a strong passion for holding space for people. She employs an eclectic approach customized to your unique needs, firmly believing that therapy should revolve around YOU.

She predominantly draws from humanistic and gestalt schools of psychology and strongly believes in holistic well-being. As a certified Art Therapist, she seamlessly incorporates art-based mediums into her practice.

She has a keen interest in dealing with clients with issues related to mild anxiety, mild depression, childhood trauma, abuse, body image concerns, concerns with one's sense of self, academic or job stress, and concerns relating to women's well-being.
