Anupama Ghose

Anupama Ghose is a RCI registered clinical psychologist having completed her bachelor's in psychology and Masters in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Clinical and forensic psychology from University of Calcutta followed by an M.Phil in clinical psychology from Institute of Psychiatry-A Centre of Excellence.

Her therapeutic style is eclectic, grounded in the client centered principles of active listening, empathy, unconstitutional positive regard and using techniques from CBT, DBT and mindfulness.

She believes therapy is all about finding that safe space and just the correct vibe where you can explore yourself and choose your goals! A place where your share, reflect, heal and grow!

Hobbies - Baking (had a home bakery once!), Photography, Travelling and exploring new places, cultures and cuisine.
