Aakriti has always believed in the ardent power of empathy and kindness. She understands as well as advocates the importance of holistic health – body, mind, and spirit.

She has completed her degree in Masters in Applied Psychology. She follows an eclectic approach to therapy rooted in humanistic, client-centered approach.  

Her approach also centers on delving into the core issues, recognizing that sustainable change stems from a deep understanding and transformation of one's beliefs and behavioural patterns.

She strongly believes that counselling is a mutual process where the therapist and the client work as a team and that the goal is not just healing but also empowering the client.  

Her areas of expertise include stress and anxiety management, relationship conflicts, boundary setting, work concerns, self-esteem and personal growth.
