Counseling Psychologist
Pranjya Grover (she/her) holds a Master of Science degree in Counselling Psychology.
For her, therapy is a space which can empower people to reform their lives through a deep exploration of their inner worlds.
Moreover, she believes that the maintenance of mental health is not an isolated, individualistic task but is also tied to systems around the person.
She takes a postmodern lens to therapy which involves a humanistic-existential, Gestaltian, narrative, ACT and a DBT-oriented approach; tailored clients’ individual needs.
She primarily works with identity and self concept, relational difficulties, workplace stress & queer friendly care. She has received best outcomes in clients with relationship distress, self-concept and queer-affirmative care.
