Pranjya Grover

Counselling Psychologist

Pranjya Grover (she/her) holds a Master of Science degree in Counselling Psychology.

For her, therapy is a space which can empower people to reform their lives through a deep exploration of their inner worlds.

Moreover, she believes that the maintenance of mental health is not an isolated, individualistic task but is also tied to systems around the person.

She takes a postmodern, integrated lens to therapy which involves a humanistic-existential, Gestaltian, narrative, ACT and a DBT-oriented approach.

She primarily works with relationship distress, queer- affirmative care, emotional abuse, trauma, anxiety, grief, substance dependence, prejudice and discrimination, identity and self concept.

She has received best outcomes in clients with relationship distress, self-concept and queer-affirmative care.
